Resume button not working
If you don't see a resume button on your dashboard, or if it takes you to the wrong place when you click it, follow these steps. Go to your dashboard and look for the link on the upper left side that says "Click here to start your textbook." If you don't see that, use the table of contents on the left side of your dashboard to reach your textbook. Once you have gotten into a section of the text, the resume button should appear and take you to your text from now on.
Website is Slow or Unresponsive
First, see if other websites are loading normally. If not, then you should take these steps: check your internet connection; close and restart your web browser; close all other apps running on your device; check your memory.
If other websites are loading normally but the textbook isn't, then try using a different web browser, such as Chrome or Firefox if you are using Safari or Explorer.
If the problem persists, then we could be experiencing high traffic or server problems. Send us a note and let us know exactly when you encountered a problem and what was going wrong.
The problems or textbook never display correctly
First, make sure you are using the latest version of your web browser. If the problem persists, then try a different web browser. We suggest this order of choice: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Explorer.
